Payments

We accept payments through VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover only. Personal checks are not accepted.

Your payment information is protected with SSL encryption, ensuring your card details remain safe.  All payment details are securely transmitted to our payment provider through a protected connection; we do not store your card information. If your card uses a currency other than USD, the payment will automatically be processed in the equivalent amount of your currency.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
  
• If your order has already been dispatched or reached customs, cancellation is no longer possible; you may need to accept or return the parcel once it arrives.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Prices and stock availability may change without notice. Sometimes, due to system errors, a product might be priced incorrectly.

• If you paid more than the correct price, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.
• If the actual price is higher than what you paid, we’ll contact you for approval before processing your order. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel the order.
