RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Wilson Jacket, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns Policy

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Orders containing multiple pieces of the same product (same or different sizes) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted. All requests must include a valid reason.

Restocking Fee:

  • No restocking fee applies for any returns or exchanges.

Return Process:

  • Contact our support team at sales@thewilsonjacket.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with clear return instructions.
  • Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, we will provide a brand-new replacement at no additional product cost.
  • The customer is responsible for reshipping charges.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at sales@thewilsonjacket.com with your order details.
  • Returned items must meet all eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@thewilsonjacket.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will review the case and offer a refund or exchange as applicable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
