We want you to be happy with what you order from The Wilson Jacket. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order, as each jacket is made to order by our craftsmen.

Important Note

• We sell recreational celebrity and brand-inspired jackets, not the original products. Our return and refund policy only applies if a mistake happens from our side, such as the wrong size, color, or design.
• It’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure all order details are correct before confirming. You can always contact us via email if you have any confusion before placing your order.
• We accept exchanges and returns only for valid quality issues as per our policy.
• Since each product is made to order, cancellation or refund may not be possible after production begins.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or size preference.

When You Can Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong product
• You received a different color or size than what you ordered
• The product has defects or damage
• The item doesn’t match the description on our website

If any of these issues occur, please email us at sales@thewilsonjacket.com with:

• A clear photo of the received product
• Your order number
• A short reason for return or exchange

We’ll respond within 24 hours with the return address and next steps.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• No stains, cuts, or alterations
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange
• Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days.

Refund Policy

If you’re eligible, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days after approval.

Refunds apply only in these cases:

• Wrong item, size, or color shipped
• Manufacturing defect
• The item doesn’t match the website description

Please note, refund reviews can take 1–2 weeks while we verify your order and dispatch details.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping is offered by our side.
• For returns or exchanges, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
• Always use a trackable courier service and share the tracking ID with us.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Cancel within 24 hours – 100% refund
• Cancel after 24 hours – 30% deduction
• Cancel when 3 days are left before dispatch – 50% deduction
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specially for you, so refunds are not available. However, if there’s an issue from our side in manufacturing, we’ll fix it and ship it back as soon as possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, it’s our responsibility.
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
