At The Wilson Jacket, we understand that plans can change. Please review our order cancellation guidelines below.
Order Cancellation
- Within 24 hours of purchase: Orders can be canceled with a full refund, provided the order has not entered processing.
- After 24 hours: Orders cannot be canceled as they move into the processing stage.
- After shipment: Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy after delivery.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
