We’re proud to deliver worldwide and offer free shipping. Whether you buy one jacket or more, your delivery is free, with no hidden charges.
Global Shipping
- We ship to most countries around the world. However, please note that while we cover the shipping cost, import duties and taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
- All orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means your country’s customs department may charge additional fees before releasing your package.
- To avoid surprises, we recommend checking your local import policies. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us at sales@thewilsonjacket.com for guidance.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Your order ships free! Expect delivery within 10–13 business days right to your doorstep.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- We operate from Monday to Friday (business days only).
Delivery Time Info
- All jackets are handmade and shipped within 10–13 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on design and destination.
- Each product is custom-made; hence, delivery timelines are estimates.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID via email. You can track your package through our courier partners: DHL, FedEx or USPS.
- If your order shows delays or is on hold, please contact the courier directly for updates.
- If you’re not available at the time of delivery, inform the courier in advance to prevent your parcel from being returned or discarded.
Couriers & Delivery Limitations
We only use trusted global couriers to ensure safe and fast delivery — DHL, FedEx and USPS
Please note:
- We do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
- Deliveries to remote areas may include an additional $20 shipping fee.
Damaged or Wrong Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t worry. You can return or exchange it under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and not altered in any way.
Possible Delivery Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters or bad weather
- Courier service issues
- Public holidays
- Customs inspection or clearance
- Incorrect shipping details
- Extra quality checks
- Unforeseen global situations (e.g., COVID-19)
Before You Order
- Double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming.
- Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
- If your order includes both custom and ready-made items, they may ship separately.
